An 18-year-old from Syosset pleaded guilty to manslaughter in connection with the fatal stabbing of a teenager at a West Babylon house party last year.
Prosecutors say Aiden Zachary, who was 17 at the time, was asked to leave the large gathering on Carlton Road in November after arriving uninvited. Police at the time said between 90 and 100 teenagers were at the party.
Zachary got into an altercation with 15-year-old Liam Delemo, pulled out a knife and stabbed him in the abdomen and arm before leaving the scene, according to prosecutors.
Delemo was rushed to a hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
Zachary was arrested six days after the stabbing.
