A man was shot early Sunday morning at an apartment complex in Kingston.

Anthony Harding Jr. has been charged in connection with the shooting.

It happened around 5 a.m. at a complex on Sheehan Court.

Police said the 27-year-old victim was hospitalized with injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening.

The victim's identity has not been released.

Authorities have not said what led to the gunfire.
