A real estate developer from Tuxedo Park has pleaded guilty to a multiyear investment fraud scheme, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
Authorities say 75-year-old Barry Breeman admitted to stealing over $13 million from investors.
He was accused of telling clients they were putting money into valuable real estate projects in Latin America.
If convicted, he could face up to 20 years in prison.
