Ingredients
8 mini croissants cut in halves
1 cup heavy cream
4 lg eggs
1 tbsp orange zest
1tsp vanilla extract
1tsp cinnamon powder
1tbsp almond extract
1 tbsp maple syrup
Pinch of salt
½ cup mixed berries
¼ cup sliced almonds
Process
Cut mini croissant in halves and place in a casserole pan
Mix heavy cream, eggs orange zest, cinnamon, almond extract, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl with whisk
Pour mix on top of mini croissant top with mix berries and sliced almond
Bake for 25 minutes at 350
Cool and finish with maple syrup and powdered sugar.
