The Stop & Shop spokesperson says they're working as quickly as possible to restore the website and app. The spokesperson says that "there is no evidence customer data has been compromised."

One customer expressed frustration to News 12. She said that she never received an order she placed on Saturday.

Another customer said they'd placed an order on Sunday and hadn't received it.

Stop & Shop said all unfulfilled orders that were placed on the app and website will be refunded.
