The Port Washington Branch has resumed service between Smithtown and Port Jefferson after MTA crews removed a downed tree from the tracks east of Smithtown.
Earlier on Monday, there were delays and cancellations on LIRR Port Jefferson branch after a train struck a downed tree near Smithtown.
All station lines on the Port Jefferson Branch are on or close as of noon.
